​Commercial Director

Jonathan is a hands on and driven individual, who is fully immersed throughout all phases of projects to ensure consistent supply chain performance and realisation of key deliverables.  He is particularly passionate about the Food and Drink sectors having worked at Senior Management level for a niche contractor on numerous logistically difficult projects over a number of years.  

 

Jonathan has built great relationships with the Supply Chain and Clients alike and is intent on ensuring there is continuous improvement throughout all facets of the business to ensure stakeholder experience remains positive.

Jonathan's role within the Company is to manage the commercial activities of the business including Business Development, Supply Chain, Contract Negotiation and Bid Management. 

Projects Director

 

Richard has a wealth of experience working in the Food and Drink Industry as a Project & Contract Management professional, which has included on site, Construction Site Management. His function is to manage the operational activities of our delivery teams, ensuring projects are undertaken safely and to programme. 

 

Richard engages with all stakeholders to ensure there is good communications, mutual trust and co-operation at all times.

With a consultative, proactive approach, Richard has extensive experience of delivering Capex projects to blue chip, Food and Drink clients. Projects have included; the supply and installation of process equipment in addition to his civils and construction works, he is appropriately placed to manage and direct our teams to ensure consistent performance.

The delivery teams are managed and supported by the Directors, the focus being to deliver the project in the right way, ensuring stakeholders feel engaged through regular scheduled internal and external briefing meetings.

The Team

Our Project Managers are SMSTS trained and are selected on a project by project basis based on their skills and experience.  We ensure every project has the appropriate support resource allocated based on the needs of the project such as Planner, Site Engineer, Services Manager. 

We are currently completing our Safecontractor accreditation and are also working towards achieving ISO9001 which we hope to be in a position to obtain within the next 12 months.  All of this underpins our approach to employing the correct protocols when managing sites and maintaining complete transparency at all times.
